I know it’s hard to tell who this is… but it’s Katara!
I just started reading Like a Dove’s fanfic ‘I was never Magnificent’

The gist of the story, even though I’m only 7 chapters in, is that the fire nation won. I’m not sure the Avatar was even around. Katara was a rogue traveling the world with a bounty hunter. She accidentally volunteers herself to be apart of the Fire Nation’s new project where they use volunteers with different bending abilities than their own, i.e. Earth and Water.
In this story Zuko is unscarred and accepted by his father, He is in charge of the project and meets Katara. Although he is annoyed by her bullheadedness, he still finds her interesting.
Katara is scarred from her temple down to her jaw line, From unknown causes to me as of right now… XD
This is just my character study I have going in my head. Oh and she’s 17 in the story.
